1.2 Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be notified and any payments will be refunded.

2.1 Prices: All prices are stated in € and exclude taxes, levies and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Payment: Payment must be made via the available payment methods on the Laser Creations website. Payment is due at the time of order.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping: Laser Creations offers various shipping methods. Delivery time varies depending on the chosen method and destination.
3.2 Returns Policy: Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are in unused and resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

Laser Creations' privacy policy applies to the collection and processing of customers' personal data. Customers can review the privacy policy on the privacy policy page.
5.Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos and brands on the Laser Creations website are the property of Laser Creations and are protected by intellectual property rights. Customers may not copy, reproduce or distribute these materials without written permission from Lase rCreations.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between the customer and Laser Creations will be settled through mediation or arbitration according to the applicable laws in the Netherlands.
7. Limitation of Liability
Laser Creations will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands and any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
