1. Returns for Physical Products
1.1. You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving a physical product, provided the product is in unused and resalable condition, including all original packaging and labels.
1.2. Please contact us in advance at hallo@lasercreations.nl before returning a physical product so that we can review your request and provide you with the appropriate instructions.
1.3. The return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or the return is the result of an error on our part.
2. Returns for Digital Products
2.1. Digital products are not returnable or refundable unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by law.

3. Refunds
3.1. For physical products, a refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. This may take several working days.
